How do Providers fix errors or omissions in CRF?

•   Providers can edit their profile once claimed on the CRF main website
    www.alz.org/CRF. For any additional questions about how to correct errors,
    use the link found on the provider’s website www.carelike.com/CRF.

•   There are also detailed instructions, along with a Quick Start Guide To
     Profiling which can be viewed or downloaded on the Provider Support Page.

•   Once a provider corrects or updates their listing data, CareLike makes
     those changes available to the CRF within 7 business days.
