    Ideal Care Homes offer Alzheimers and Dementia care to a maximum of 6 residents to a building. Staff ratio is 1-2 trained caregivers avaiable at all times. Variety of Activities are avaiable to suit each resident. 24 hour awake staff is avaiable to our residents affected by memory loss or who are in need of assistance with all activities of daily living.     minimum required entry level staff trainig: CPR/First Aid, Background ck, TB testing, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Food Handeling Permit, Dementia & Mental Health Caregiving Trng. for staff(min.20hr theory + practice on site), plus other CE determined by need of residents care. AFH Provider Licensed Nurse Caregivers work 8-10 hr shift up to 40 hrs week.
