    We welcome all residents into our family at Cedar Park AFH and provide them with tender loving care in a family atmosphere. We are conveniently located in the Kirkland/Bothell area with quick access to I 405. Our facility provides a great family home feel and the grounds have always been a source of inspiration and relaxation for our residents. We provide all levels of care including Dementia and/or Alzheimer's, Memory care. Our professionally trained caregiving staff, under the direct supervision of a Geriatric Specialist RN, will provide the highest quality care for residents and assist them in achieving the highest level of functioning in order to enhance their quality of life .
