    Staff certifications and training:
    Owner is a CNA, NAR, has all the current certifications required by the State of WA and has 10 years experience working with elders in skilled facilities. The staff meets the state certification requirements, we work with NARs, caring, compassionate and experienced caregivers. A careful selection of caregivers is one of the most important focus in the hiring process. Background checking and references are always considered.
