    We provide nursing care in a beautiful "Bed and Breakfast" environment. We have an "aging in place philosophy" so residents can feel secure that will be cared for to end of life stages. (some exceptions apply) The residents receive a high level of personalize care with a staff to residents ratio of 1:3 to a maximum of 1 staff member to 6 residents. The clinical staff comprises a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority, and Licensed Nurses who are monitoring daily the care of the residents.

    Staff certifications and training:
    The facilities are owned and operated by a Nurse Practioner who is daily on site. A licensed Nurse is also on site full time. All staffs are CNA/NAR CPR/First Aid certified., and have training in Dementia, Mental Health care giving. Monthly caregiving inservices and continuing education are mandatory for all staff.

    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    We have a full time Activity Director who is trained in dementia care. Activities are planned therapeutically for each individual as well as for group participation. We have daily group exercises to maximize strength and mobility. We have a fully equipped physical therapy room for individual physical therapy sessions
