    The Residential Family is a country home on Thornton Creek (95th N.E./Lk.City W) situated in a forest of evergreens. The care we provide is rehabilitation-oriented and our home is accessible to ambulatory as well as temporarily wheelchair-bound residents. We provide dietary choices to improve wellness and we specialize in caring for residents with bone fractures, spinal deformities and diabetes type II as well as Parkinson's disease and Dementia.
