    Merrill Gardens at Stanwood is a gracious community of 113 studio, one and two bedroom apartments surround by manicured flowerbeds, trees and walking paths. It is located in a Village Commons, 1 block from medical clinics, grocery store, cinemas, restaurants and a sports center. Merrill Gardens at Stanwood features two activity centers, library, exercise room, beauty parlor and Gardens House, a secured environment for residents who need Alzheimer’s or Dementia care. Most of the apartments have balconies or patios. Parking is free. Pets are welcome.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Merrill Gardens at Stanwood requires a one-time community fee of $1,000. All apartments are month to month rentals.
