    University House Issaquah is located on the Sammamish Plateau where elegant interior design and comfortable surroundings are abundant. University House Issaquah has 185 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouse suites. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and much more.     University House Issaquah is part of Era Living, a private, Seattle-based company founded in 1987 by Eli and Rebecca Almo.
