    Avamere Heritage Rehabilitation of Tacoma provides 24-hour comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services in a warm, home-like atmosphere. We encourage residents to lead an active, independent lifestyle by offering enriched activities to enhance physical, occupational, and speech therapies prescribed by physicians. Heritage Rehabilitation is conveniently located near Lakewood and downtown Tacoma hospitals, restaurants and shopping with easy access from I-5 via 72nd and Pacific Avenue.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Medicare and WA Medicaid certified beds. Labor and industries workman’s comp claims. Accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances. VA contacted. Please call with insurance information, if HMO to verify in network participation.
