    Avamere Skilled Nursing of Tacoma is located just off of Tacoma’s 38th Street exit at I-5 near Pacific Avenue and a short drive from Lakewood, Puyallup, Northeast Tacoma
    and Federal Way. Our community is bright and spacious with two
    large outdoor courtyards and dedicated areas for physical,
    occupational and speech therapies.

    Avamere Skilled Nursing of Tacoma provides care for patients
    on a long-term and short-term basis and specializes in providing
    rehabilitation services to young and middle-aged adults. Other services we offer include geriatric services, complex wound care, IV therapy, respite and hospice care are also among the services available.
