    About My Business
    Alpine Ridge is a beautifulIndependent Retirement Commuity located in lovely Mount Vernon Washington. We are close to medical and shopping facilities with a community transit system available.
    About My Services
    We offer a service package which includes: breakfast, dinner, weekly housekeeping,transportation to and from doctors appointments,banking and post office. We also have many fun trips planned each month that include shopping, theatre, zoo, music.
    The cost of the service package is $525.00 for one person and $688.00 for two people.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We are now accepting applications for our two bedroom apartments. Please come for a visit to find out how you can make one of our beautiful apartments your new home!
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Apartment rent is 30% of your adjusted income which includes a deduction for the medical expenses that you paid out of pocket in the last year.
    The Service Package is $525.00 for one person and $688.00 for two people.

    Housekeeping and transportatioin is provided Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm.
