    We provide individual private rooms with showers, that are furnished or unfurnished. Cable television is included. There are individual heating and cooling units in each room. Bath and bed linens are furnished. Home Health is available. Within a two mile radius there is; a doctor's office, Walmart, grocery stores, a bank. We are 7 miles from Lake Millwood. We have a peaceful wooded setting.

    Private pay. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Must make your own transfers; no incontinence care provided; can have use of a walker or wheelchair.

    We have monthly staff inservices covering: Abuse, Neglect, and Residents Rights. Fire extinguishers, safety issues, medication monitoring, evacuation of the building. Fire and tornado drills, incident reporting. Retraining and inservice is offered monthly and annually. We do State and Federal background checks on staff. CEU's retained through other organizations.
