    Seabury, a life care community, has independent living, assisted living, assisted living memory support, 24 hour skilled nursing, and a medicare certifiied home care agency. We also offer Seabury AT HOME, a life care at home program for those who do not wish to live in a community. We are nestled on a hillside in Bloomfield, Connecticut with 76 acres of open space. Residents come to Seabury very independent and have to qualify financially and phyisically. For those who qualify, all future care, if needed is provided at no additional cost. You can enter Seabury at the Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Support or skilled nursing on a monthly rental basis. Our traditional assisted living offers independent living with assistance (if needed).

    Non for Profit Corporation affiliated with Church Home of Hartford, Inc in association with the Episcopal Diocese of CT. We admit residents of all denominations. We encourage family members to be actively involved via our family nights. We have 24 hour nursing on site.
