    Foulk Manor South is unique in that the Alzheimer's Unit is licensed under it's Intermediate Care. As a result we are able to handle all stages making discharges rare. Exceptions would include extreme combativeness.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Foulk Manor South has implemented a extensive memory care program called Revelations. Revelations is a Montessori based Dementia care program that celebrates the spirit within each resident through personalized activities that encourage creativity and self expression.
