    Highlights
    The Atrium Jacksonville Health & Rehabilitation Center provides a variety of programs including: 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Stroke Rehabilitation, Specialized Nursing, On-site Physician Care, Social Services, as well as Dining Services and Recreational Services. These services are all designed to address specific medical, personal and therapeutic needs of our residents. The resident’s care plan is closely monitored and adjusted according to the resident’s needs.
