    Heritage of Sandy Plains offers assisted living and memory care in a home-like environment. We have an on-staff pyschologist that offers geriatric training to our staff. We have managers for each department and weekends/holiday managers on duty. We are located behind CVS pharmacy which is easily accessable to our residents. Our specialty care unit is combined with our general population for activities and meals. A wheelchair accessible community bus allows residents to go on trips.

    We have a psychologist on staff that offers continuing education credits. He trains staff on physical needs of the elderly and Alzheimers care. Our staff is required by the state to receive 16 continuing education hours per year. CPR/First Aid training is also required.
