    Park Lane is a facility that is purely for the residents. We have staff that are dedicated to making Park Lane feel like home. We want the residents to know that they will be treated with dignity and respect and we want the last years of their lives to be as special as they can be.

    RN does skills training at time of hire. We have monthly in-services to meet the 12 hour per year of training. We do minimum of 2 hours dementia training per year. We do training in any other topics that may arise to meet the needs of residents in the facility.
