Our community is situated on a private street, nestled between quiet single family homes and the bustle of shopping in northeast Davenport. Ideally located just off Interstate 74 and minutes from the Quad Cities International Airport, we are close to everything that the Quad Cities has to offer. The Quad Cities is nationally known for its casinos and exciting sporting events, including the John Deere Golf Classic.
Whether our residents wish to relax outside in the courtyard or travel one block to popular stores such as Borders, Bed Bath and Beyond, or Dress Barn, we are an ideal location for all. Many popular restaurants such as Chili's, Texas Roadhouse and Biaggi's are right across the street, but with the delicious food served here at Bickford, going out to eat is not even necessary.
