    Applewood Assisted Living is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and is located near St. Luke's Meridian as well as other nearby medical facilities. Our staffing ratio and highly trained, friendly, and dedicated staff enable us to provide the best care possible while meeting the needs of residents with high levels of care. Our goal is to provide superior care and services to our residents in an environment that feels like home. We strive to provide support for our residents and families in a safe, caring, and nurturing setting while encouraging and advocating for their health, independence, and well-being.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff has received training specialized in the treatment and care for residents with dementia related illness and movement disorders such as Parkinson's and Huntington's disease. All staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, Food Handling, and Medication Assistance. Ongoing education is provided by a Registered Nurse and other outside resources.

    The entire facility is dedicated to the care of Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers.

    We have staff that has received specialized training provided by nurses, physicians, and pharmacists to provide care for residents with dementia related illnesses and movement disorders such as Parkinson's and Huntington's disease.
