    Park Center owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and is located near St. Luke's downtown as well as other nearby medical facilities. Our staffing ratio and highly trained, friendly, and dedicated staff enable us to provide the best care possible. Our goal is to provide superior care and services to our residents in an environment that feels like home. We strive to provide support for our residents and families in a safe, caring, and nurturing setting while encouraging and advocating for their health, independence, and well-being.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Park Center is a serene home dedicated to the special care of those diagnosed with dementia related illnesses. We offer all private rooms with half baths. Our home cares for up to 8 residents. Please contact us for current rates and availability.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All Park Center staff receives specialized training in care for dementia related illness. All care is coordinated through a Registered Nurse that has specialties in dementia/geriatrics, Hospice, and pain management. All staff has certifications in Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handling.
    Memory Care
    The entire facility is dedicated to the care of Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers.

    Stage 2: very mild decline

    The need for skilled cares such as intravenous medications, surgically placed catheters that are less than 21 days old, non-healing wounds, and behaviors that have not been manageable through all avenues or endanger other residents safety and rights.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Non-pharmacologic behavior modifications plans are our always our first line of management. We offer group and individual activities that are tailored to stimulate the mind and body for those with dementia and other related diseases.
