    We provide specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care in a small home-like environment. We do specialized activities and the staff receive extra training in all diagnosis’ and dementias. We also customize each resident’s care plan.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Need to have a dementia diagnosis and fit with our population. We do take Medicaid and private pay. Rates are $2,905-$4297 depending on room size and assistance needed.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff do a minimum of 16 hours orientation, 8 hours Alzheimer’s/Dementia training and 8 hours continuing education.
    Memory Care
    The entire facility is dedicated to the care of Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers.
    Stages of Alzheimer's Progression Accepted
    Stage 1: no impairment
    Stage 2: very mild decline
    Stage 3: mild decline
    Stage 4: moderate decline
    Stage 5: moderate, mid-stage
    Stage 6: moderately severe
    Stage 7: severe, late-stage

    Becoming a 2 person transfer, having a stage 3-4 open or draining wound, or having an infectious disease. Transfer by two for medical reasons or transfer due to being a danger to themselves or others.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    All programs are tailored for Alzheimer’s/Dementia care. Also offer monthly support group.
