    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Community is entirely dedicated to dementia care. Care plan is developed with resident specific needs as the driver. Scheduled toileting programs, activity/divisional plans based on prior life involvement or preferences, structured environment with many opportunities for control and individual decision making. Interdisciplinary team approach to behavioral and mobility issues including PT/OT/ST.

    Regularly scheduled activities are offered daily within the community (music, dancing, singing, art classes, bingo, exercise, gardening and many more). Regular outings off site are also offered these may include: dining out, spouse outings, golf, fishing, art gallery tours, Lakewood Lake tour or just a ride to see the country and grab a soda.
