    Our mission is to give quality care in a home like and safe environment. Heavenly Grace has a seating area inside and out that gives peace. Heavenly Grace has a garden and area for planting fruit, flowers, and vegetables. Heavenly Grace has a pond out back that is relaxing. Each rooms has cable hook up. Heavenly Grace is a nonprofit organization whom has help their residents publish poems, seek employment, and learn computer skills. Heavenly Grace helps their residents whom don't have a income live comfortable. Heavenly Grace assist must residents with one on one transportation to doctors appointments. We care about people and help individuals that want help. Our Staff are will trained as RN, CNA, and med techs. We provide a level 3 care. WE have a licensed hair dresser staffed at the facility. If needed we provide one on one staff for our residents.

    Eligibility requirements:
    A healthcare practitioner assessment must be completed by residents doctor prior to admission, pod or chest ex ray, award letter or proof of income but will assist without and income.

    Some CNA, all staff med tech has to be trained every two years, CPR/First aide,1-3years,hand washing, Alzheimer yearly training, fire/safety,psychosocial needs, mental health, service plan, infection control, ethical issues, service plan, assessment tools, disaster, general characteristics and needs of individual served, community integration and inclusion, behavior change principles, incident reporting, fundamental rights, communication skills, seizure disorder, and health & nutrition and lifting all are continuing education classes given yearly to every three years retraining needed.
