    Four-bed home with beautiful view in quiet neighborhood near Liberty town provides up to Level 3 care including Alzheimer's and dementia care. Gardening, painting, pet therapy, exercise, walking, music, cooking, sewing, field trips, and meal options are offered. We give personalized care and TLC for those who want to be part of a second family.

    Eligibility requirements:
    A non-refundable admission fee of $300 required upon acceptance of application, physician's assessment, and proof of negative TB or chest x-ray. Must be ambulatory with walker. No wheel chairs.
