Taylor Farm offers a unique concept in elder care. Our goal is to provide the best care in a clean, cheerful home. We have only 8 residents in each of 3 houses. There are 2 caregivers during the day and 1 overnight in each house. This assures that our residents get lots of attention. Instead of seperating our residents who have Alzheimer's/dementia they are mainstreamed in each home. The atmosphere remains pleasant with normal home activity in a safe environment. All toiletries, incontinent wear, pads, wipes, meals, laundry, housekeeping, assistance with showers, personal hygiene, toileting, nurse's assessments and activities are included in one monthly price. All rooms are private, furnished, have satellite TV and an adjustable bed. We do not charge extra for level of care. That means you will not be charged more if your loved-one becomes ill and needs greater care. We also provide end-of-life care with the help of Hospice. Our current monthly rate is $4995. We also offer senior studio apartments. All utilities, except phone, meals, snacks, laundry and housekeeping are included. Our monthly price is $1995/single occupancy, $2495/double occupancy.
