    Applicants must meet the Maryland State criteria doe Assisted Living levels I or II. The resident contract is “annual” but can be terminated by the resident with 30 day notice, or for medical reasons (where a discharge is warranted), without notice.

    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    We have a 16 bed dementia care building that houses 16 residents in private suites. The program accommodates all types of age related dementia, admitting most at the first stages 4, 5 and 6. Our care giving staff/resident ratio is excellent- 8/1- not including nursing, dietary, housekeeping and management personnel
