    Staff certifications and training:
    Home is certified and licensed under DHMH and is monitored quarterly by the local Commission on Aging. Med Tech on staff at all times. Staff is certified in CPR and Basic First Aid. All staff is required to complete a 5 hour Alzheimer Training upon hire and 2 hours per year thereafter. Also trained yearly per COMAR guidelines. Delegating Nurse assesses all residents initially and every 45 days thereafter.
