    Care is one-on-one and my residents settle down a week after admission primarily because I am the only one assisting them most times and with regular routine they get to trust me as I keep them stimulated by talking about themselves and doing what interests them. References available as relatives of my previous residents are very willing to share their experience to people who are in search of a place for their family. My residents become our family as I keep them until the end.
