    Staff certifications and training:
    All employees will be trained in resident rights, incident reporting, exposure control, infection control, signs of illness and proper response, personal care and hygiene, and basic nutrition and food preparation. All employees will also be trained in medication administration and documentation before passing medications. All employees will also complete CPR and First aid through the American Red Cross.
