    Fountain View of Lowell is located in Lowell, Michigan a quick 15 miles east of Grand Rapids. Our quiet country setting is ideal for relaxing and taking in nature. We care plan for the individual and to their specific medical and social needs. Fountain View of Lowell has a full monthly activity calendar geared for each population we serve. We also work closely with our communities’ home health agencies to better serve our residents and their family needs. Even though we are small we have so much to offer. We are a Christian based facility and if you are looking for a warm friendly environment that will care for you and your loved one in a dignified loving manner, we invite you to come see us.

    Eligibility requirements:
    $500 non refundable entrance fee, monthly costs are geared toward care level starting at $3175 a month. Monthly payment due the first of each month and we ask for a 30/day notice if moving out from facility.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff is continually trained on a monthly basis or more if needed for special needs residents. All care staff is CPR certified and in serviced on multiple subjects mandated by State licensing regulations/requirements. We do not require care staff to be CNA certified although many of our staff are.
