    FHI is a great value for the money. Our rates are all inclusive- no additional fees for medication adm., bathing assistance, laundry service, etc. single-level building (Fire proof)! Backup generator, 3 meals/ day plus snack.

    Private Pay; current chest x-ray stating “no communicable disease.” No contract/ lease to sign (respite rates apply, however, if stay is less than 90 days), must be 60 years or older. NO MEDICAID.

    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Our staff is trained to deal with residents with memory issues including Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our rates include assistance with bathing, housekeeping, and laundry and medication management so our residents need not concern themselves with those issues.
