    We do not retain residents who wander/or who are prone to wandering because we don't have the appropriate security system in place. Residents who are no longer able to recognize staff or those who become paranoid. Bowel or bladder incontinence that can no longer be managed by the resident. Residents need to be able to walk, participate in their basic ADL's, have minimal problems with orientation, and be able to feed themselves.
