    Prestige Way is a small, caring, and warm environment where you will feel at home as soon as you walk in our doors. Our care staff are highly motivated, caring, and compassionate people who treat each resident with the respect and honor that they deserve. We offer a full time activities program to keep minds stimulated and bodies active, and we have several outings each month into the community. We would love for your family to become a part of ours!

    Staff certifications and training:
    Prestige Way is always staffed above the state minimum requirements. Monthly in-services are conducted to ensure staff is refreshed on best practices. New staff is oriented for 3 days at best practices. Our direct care staff are not required to be formally trained as we offer extensive in-house training, however many of them are certified nursing assistants and/or certified medical assistants.
