Heartland Residential Care offers Long Term Care in a home like environment. We strive to make our residents feel as much at home as possible. We understand the difficulty it takes to leave a place that you call home for what most consider an institution. Our home is small enough to ensure close relationships with your fellow residents and help anytime it is needed by staff. We offer a very "laid back" environment giving you the freedom to spend your day as you like, doing things that you enjoy. We have an Activity Center on premises for all residents to enjoy and even help with any activity or craft requested by our residents. We are located in a beautiful area of downtown St. Joseph with close access to shopping, transportation, and parks. Heartland RCF offers 24 hour awake, experienced and well trained staff for your protection and comfort. We also have a surveillance system in place 24 hours a day for the protection of the residents and the facility. We offer transportation to and from doctor’s appointments.
