    Eligibility requirements:
    Villa Ventura Residential Care Community offers a month-to-month lease arrangement on a private pay basis. Our focus is on helping our residents maintain independence and function. We customize the services provided for each resident by completing an assessment of needs and preferences prior to admission.

    Villa Ventura Retirement Community offers a month-to-month lease arrangement on a private pay basis. Residents may arrange for personal assistance services for help with personal care and medication reminders and to use the home health agency of their choice for medical care.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Our Home Health Care program features a licensed Home Health Care agency on site to bring helpful services directly to our residents. Our Seniors can contract for specific, personal care services designed to meet their needs, such as medication reminders, personal assistance with grooming and bathing, meal service encouraging proper nutrition and more. And because “well-being” is more than just physical health, helpful services such as additional housekeeping or companion services for improved socialization are also available.
