Wildwood Manor is a unique retirement setting that provides spacious, safe, clean and affordable housing. Our three-story building contains 40-apartments designed for senior citizens, 62 years and older, and handicapped persons, 18 years and older, who seek a secure, low maintenance and independent living lifestyle. You will enjoy having many options at Wildwood Manor, to have fun and socialize with those who share your interests or take a quiet walk to enjoy the secluded garden areas on the premises. If or when you need it, Unity Medical Center is just three miles away, providing in-patient and out-patient care and a skilled nursing facility. When qualifying for the affordable housing subsidy program, residents pay only 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and the Federal Government pays the remainder. To determine eligibility for residency, you must be at least 62 years of age or require a wheelchair accessible apartment and meet the annual income requirements set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A person is considered capable of independent living if he/she is able to manage his/her own affairs or self acquired services and handle the activites of daily living. Wildwood Manor is located in Mounds View, Minnesota, with easy access to health care, drug stores, shopping, transportation and entertainment.
