    The rental rate for the suite includes all amenities: activities, three meals a day plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry, shuttle service. bi-monthly nursing assessment and care plan. Location is not in city but in a rural setting yet within minutes from major medical centers in Rochester. Part of a contiuum care community with independent, memory care and a nursing home. We have 24 hour awake staff on duty, licensed nurses from 6:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m, certified nursing assistants and trained medical assistant at night with an RN 24 hour triage. Madonna Meadows is faith based facility, with a non-demonitial chapel on site and a chaplain available. We have an in house therapy department available.
