    Crossroads Assisted Living is located in a nice rural community. It is attached to an independent housing community and a skilled nursing facility. Crossroads has it own covered outdoor patio with beautiful flower barrels/pots. We have a central dining area where tenants share meals, snacks, and good conversation. Apartments are spacious and tenants are able to furnish them with their own things to make it feel like home.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff are Trained Medication Aids (TMA's). They are trained and tested out on all nursing procedures that they are expected to perform. We hold a yearly inservice to cover mandatory policies such as emergency procedures, vulnerable adult, advanced directive, etc. Staff meetings/inservices are held as needed usually every 2-3 months. Licensed staff monitor nursing procedures periodically to make sure they are performed correctly.
