    Newton Manor is Subsidized Assisted Living for those who are low income & needs services. It is one of 6 buildings on our campus with many extra features. Such as new Wellness Center, General Store & Movie Theater. Newton Manor has 1 bedroom apts that are 560 sq ft. with fully equipped kitchens, step in shower with built-in seat & grab bar. Included amenities: Scheduled transportation to shopping & outings. Monthly health & wealthness clinic; Utilities include heat, water, sewer, & trash; laundry facilities; controlled entrance; Spiritual care program; Private storage unit; Chapel; Priority access to other Presbyterian Homes & Services housing & care options based on availability & Professional management by Presbyterian Homes & Services.
