    This is a great building to live in! With a Monday- Friday noon meal, 24 hour home care, numerous activities, coffe 2 times a day, it is the place to move to! Watkins offers small town living. Tenants care about one another. New patio furniture makes being outside a joy- with the large backyard to enjoy. New bone builder exercise program beginning in March 2009. We offer entertainment and speakers. Hope you will move to St. Anthony Manor!

    Watkins Area Homes consists of three 4-plexes. We have a beautiful garden area. New vinyl is in each laundry room and newly painted walls with borders. Rental assistance may be available. 24 hour Home Care is available across the street at St. Anthony Manor, which tenants can resource at Watkins Area Homes All tenants at the property are invited to attend numerous activities that are held at St. Anthony Manor. Quiet small town living and a great place to call home.
