    St. James Manor is located right behind the Perham Hospital and Nursing Home. Residents can contract with Perham Hospital Home Care for services needed in their apartments. Morning coffee every day, weekly exercise group, monthly resident meal served. Caring and experienced staff available to residents five days per week (Mon-Fri).

    Resident must be 62 years of age, or handicapped or disabled.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Housing Coordinator is a certified housing manager and we have a part-time service coordinator who assists residents with individual needs.
