    Our houses are small with only serving 5 residents at any given time so the resident to staff ratio is good, residents get individual attention and when they want it. We are low keyed, residents can do what we offer for activities or exercise or they can decline. Our staffs is made up of caring individuals and are at this house and doing this work for its rewards and the lovingness they get from the residents and the love and kindness they give to the residents. We do our best to serve every ones needs while still letting the resident be independent.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff is required to do 12 hours of training each year of service, we are contracted with a home care agency that does competency monitoring on staff. Staff is hired on the basis of being kind and caring individuals who want to do this sort of work. To our staff the residents are more like family to them. So far all has gone well.

    We have a Pastor that comes 2x monthly for singing and rejoicing, a LPN comes 1x monthly and does foot cares. Upper staff will take residents to appointments, outings and activities if needed.
