    At Landmark, a HUD facility, rent is based on income with a ceiling rent; all utilities are paid, with a minimal monthly fee for cable TV. Landmark is located close to downtown and next to public library. We have management and maintenance staff on site 5 days a week, 8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. We have a lighted parking lot with plug-ins for headbosts. We have laundry facilities on site; also handicapped entrances and apartments. Landmark has 24 hour secuity system. Landmark has flower garden that tenants may tend to and a patio for relaxing. We have a large community room for entertaining and a lounge area with books for reading. Landmark residents enjoy weekly bingo and monthly planed programs/bingo/lunch.
