    Diamond Willow specialized in caring for elders with advanced care needs through end of life care. Prior to Diamond Willow, few choices existed for those with advanced medical, memory or physical care needs in assisted living. Each Diamond Willow setting is designed to feel like home. An expansive great room with a stone fireplace is found at the center of the building. Adjacent, is a comfortable, open kitchen much like you would find in any contemorary home. This open design is accented with amy full sized windors to let in plenty of light. All of our homes feature ten private suites with private bath and shower. Every suite is spacious yet comfortable and fee to decorated and personalized. In addition, our homes are designed with a whirlpool center and hair salon for the convenience of our residents. Our commitment is to provide a comfortable, safe, warm environment for our deserving elders. In addition to positive surroundings, we offer one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios.

    Each Diamond Willow Facility has 1 full time RN Director and 1 full time LPN. We also employ numerous care specialists and many have their CNA License. We require an extensive training program on the Diamond Willow protocol and procedures and also do yearly in-services and training.

    Diamond Willow is an advanced care assisted living and specializes in end of life care. It is unlike other assisted livings where residents are discharged to a nursing home at then end of life. We work closely with Hospice in all of our 9 communities to aid in the passing of our residents.

    Diamond Willow offers a variety of activities on a day to day basis. We pride ourselves in being the alternative to the nursing home where as you won't find anything at Diamond Willow that you wouldn't find in your own home. There are no med carts or lunch trays. It truly is a home like environment. All meals are home made with baking done daily. We encourage people to relax by the fireplace and listen or read a good book! We also have musicians attend Diamond Willow on a weekly basis. Residents are encouraged to attend but never forced!

    Each Diamond Willow Facility has a link that serves as a community room. This room is opened up to the public free of charge to encourage groups to use our space. We cater to religous groups, craft groups, etc.
