    All staff members have gone through several in service trainings on fall management, re-directing residents with dementia, dealing with difficult behaviors, choking hazzards and signs, emergency evacuations, fire drills, transfering,heavy lifting techniques, proper eating and swallowing, activities training, and 16 hours on the job training before being allowed to work alone with residents.
