    Resident must have at least enough funds to pay privately for two years. Medicaid is accepted after resident meets the two years private pay requirements pending the resident qualify for Medicaid funding.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Associate training is done monthly and continueing education is offered and ecouraged. Associates who work in the Wellspring Memory Care program receive special training dealing with behavioral issues that arise with residents that have Alzheimer's disease/dementia. CPR training is offered and nursing staff must get certified.
