    Spring Oak offers restaurant style dining, 24 hour personal care staff, six administrators with seven day a week administration, private and shared apartments, private pay and Medicaid apartments, and much more. Located in Vineland, NJ we are close to shopping, medical services, shore points, Philadelphia, and Atlantic City.     Spring Oak hosts monthly in-service trainings for our certified personal care staff. We are a medicaid approved provider. We have a SHIP counselor on staff and two CALA staff.

    Unfortunately Spring Oak is unable to provide care for bowel incontinence, violent, aggressive or disruptive behaviors, wandering, or individuals bed bound for more then 14 days. Resident must not be a risk for harm to themselves or others.
