    The Chelsea at Tinton Falls is a warm and home-like residence that offers comfort and independence with exceptional service and quality care. This community has been often referred to as a country Inn or bed and breakfast style due to the intimate size of the building. The community is on a beautiful corner property in a comfortable nieghborhood surrounded by local Doctor's offices, and sidewalk accessability for walking. The staff that greats guests from the moment they walk through the door are friendly and guests are made to feel at home right away. The chelsea offers two componants to the community. Assisted living care for those that need help with reminders, and personal care individualized to fit thier needs, and a Country Cottage unit, dedicated to Memory impaired residents who require more structure, and a secured enviornment. All inclusive month to month rent includes 3 meals a day, laundry and linen, housekeeping, as well as activity programs inbetween mealtimes. The activites stimulate residents spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially, cognitively and also include scheduled bus transportaion to local shopping and on recreational trips. Transportation is also offered to local Doctor visits.

    Payment is based on month to month rental agreement. Medicaid Waiver availability is a criteria of 2 years.
