    All staff are required to have Certificates in CPR, First Aid, Safe Food Handling, Fire Safety, Infection Control, Confidentiality, Resident's Rights, Quality of Care, and Reporting Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation. CPR Certificates are renewed every 2 years, All other certificates are renewed yearly.
