    We are a small community in a country setting where we are all family. No one gets lost in the shuffle. Come meet our friendly staff. We have 24 hour up and awake staff, where families can come in and visit their family members at any time. Our on going activities are designed to our residents needs and abilities. Bi-weekly shopping trips offered. Call and ask us about our Veterans program where you can get monthly monetary assistance.

    Eligibility requirements:
    $500 Non-refundable community fee. A physician Order and negative TB test must be in place upon resident's admission to the community.
